Practise Manager

Michelle has been with Balance Accounting for over five years. Having come from a customer services background, Michelle is a fundamental member of the Balance Accounting team, and a friendly and efficient front-line representative.

Michelle's varied role includes:

• secretarial support for clients who request it

• and human resource, including payroll.

Outside of work, Michelle spends valuable time with her husband and two boys, aged four and six. She enjoys Salsa dancing, spending time with her family and friends and following her husband's racing pursuits.
