Inland Revenue Canterbury Earthquake Tax Relief Release

 

Inland Revenue have release a document regarding taxpayers tax liabilities in light of the recent Canterbury Earthquake.

 

Inland Revenue have put several measures in place to aid Canterbury taxpayers. They have advised they will take a sympathetic and realistic approach with businesses that are unable to meet their tax obligations as a result of the earthquake. Additionally the Minister of Revenue has issued a press release outlining the tax assistance measures that are available for quake victims.
